Hodge is the third actor to portray Cross
Tale
A TV adaptation of James Patterson’s novels about the complex and brilliant detective Alex Cross. He followed in the footsteps of Morgan Freeman, who first portrayed him in 1997’s Kiss the Girls and Again.
Somehow I found the show more enjoyable with equally good writing and characters
in the sequel to the 2001 film Along Came a Spider; and Tyler Perry as the title character in 2012’s Alex Cross, which bombed at the box office and led Lionsgate to cancel a previously planned sequel to Double Cross. I’ve read a few of the Alex Cross books and found them too terrible for my taste, although I thought they were well-written with good stories and characters.
But the picture is so dark
I have to turn off all the lights in my room and turn the TV to bright (I have an LG OLED). It’s like the people responsible for picture quality are at lunch.
If they could fix this, that would be great
The cinematography is great in one respect, but in terms of image clarity it is so far removed from all other shows that it baffles me.
